| #1 | Goat not gaining: Randy Edgar of Zip Show Supply suggested trying Buttermilk (good old fashioned kind), it will help get the rumin back in shape. I remember growing up, my popaw, grandmother and mom all would drink buttermilk for their stomach. Something to old ideas. Basically, do the treatment just like you would Probios, he said he let them eat grain and some hay. The goat normally would get back on track. Cheap and natural fix. Let me know if anyone has other ideas. Yellow Out: I've tried all sorts of things with not much luck on getting the yellow stain out on our bucks. There has to be someone out there that knows the secret ingredient or product, come on please share it with the rest of us fellow goat showers. |

We have used hydrogen peroxide to get stains off of white hogs legs. I have not used it on goats before so I dont know if it will work. |

| #3 | Peroxide works as does Quick Silver and GOJo..but, I want to see stained legs on a buck of breeding age. I would worry if I sent a doe to a buck with very white legs. The smell is another thing and that will come off with toothpaste. Judy Shores http://www.firecreekboers.com

Hers your solution to yellow legs Gerald. Oxyclean, and to get green tattoo ink off use the waterless shampoo with a dry cloth. Good luck. |
